Today I come to you with a quick post! I recently placed an order on the Eyeslipsface.com as you all know as Elf! I'm pretty sure most of you are familiar with Elf, it's an amazing brand! Well like all brands it has it's good and it's bad! But what brand doesn't right!? I love how affordable the brand is! Well like I said I places an order and I got another one of my favorite brushes! The powder brush! And I have to say I was very disappointed! Because they have change it! :( tell me why does a company do that! When things are Great let them be!.. <br />
As you can see there's a bit of difference on the handles size!.. Which I really don't care! But here is where I'm like what the heck!!! Me no like!..:/ <br />
as you can see on your left its my original Elf powder brush and on the right is the new Elf powder brush I just purchased! I hope the pictures are clear and you can see the difference between the both on the density portion! <br />
Let me know what you guys think!.. I would live to hear your thoughts! :) <br />

<br />
Hello There!!!.. I guess Blogging has now come part of my Everyday routine!. Woohoo!!.. I hope I can keep up with it!.. *fingers crossed* :)<br />
So as we all know Benefit came up with a new Blush called Hervana!.. When I first saw it I was shocked cause it looked Matt.. I own Bella Bamba Which I Love!.. and I also have Sugarbomb which is another one of my favorites from them!.. SO I though I would show you Herbana up close and Compare it to Sugarbomb since they both have the same concept!. <br />
<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none; clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-ftRCj4ysTgU/Tw9KUnkYA2I/AAAAAAAAAUw/IrgrhlVHl88/s1600/DSCN0640.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240px" kba="true" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-ftRCj4ysTgU/Tw9KUnkYA2I/AAAAAAAAAUw/IrgrhlVHl88/s320/DSCN0640.JPG" width="320px" /></a></div><div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;">On Sephora's website its described as a shell, peach rose berry Color!.. I love how it looks in the pan, it reminds me of a Pinwheel..lol.. I even think this Blush would be Great to do a soft Baby pink eye look.. ;) </div><div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;"><br />
</div><div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;"><a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-E4_oOTy_XHo/Tw9UItFAa_I/AAAAAAAAAU4/z5356rDsxzE/s1600/DSCN0797.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="clear: left; cssfloat: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="150px" kba="true" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-E4_oOTy_XHo/Tw9UItFAa_I/AAAAAAAAAU4/z5356rDsxzE/s200/DSCN0797.JPG" width="200px" /></a></div><div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;"><a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-SXapSoKHRa8/Tw9VPDfPHOI/AAAAAAAAAVA/Uc_aChnzDSk/s1600/DSCN0789.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="clear: right; cssfloat: right; float: right; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-left: 1em;"><img border="0" height="150px" kba="true" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-SXapSoKHRa8/Tw9VPDfPHOI/AAAAAAAAAVA/Uc_aChnzDSk/s200/DSCN0789.JPG" width="200px" /></a></div><div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;"><br />

</div><div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;"><br />
</div><div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;"><br />
</div><div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;"><br />
</div><div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;"><br />
</div><div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;"><br />
</div><div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;"><br />
</div><div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;">Now prepare yourself for little rant!.. So I was looking at the packaging and I notice that Hervana has way more less product than Sugarbomb!.. :O wayy less!!.. Hervana has .28oz and Sugarbomb has .42oz that's almost half!!.. and why I asked myself the price is still the same!.. shame shame!!!.. As you can see there's a bit of a difference on the height on the boxes!.. And you can sure feel the weight difference!.. Not cool Bebefit! Not cool!!.. Ok now back to the product itself!..lol..</div><div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;"><br />
</div><div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none; clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-lzxmMGknTfE/Tw9WV9aKrMI/AAAAAAAAAVI/IO2va2-uzr8/s1600/DSCN0788.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240px" kba="true" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-lzxmMGknTfE/Tw9WV9aKrMI/AAAAAAAAAVI/IO2va2-uzr8/s320/DSCN0788.JPG" width="320px" /></a></div><div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;">As you can see the color scheme is way different on the Herbana than the Sugarbomb.. Herbana leans more on the Pink/Berry side, where Sugarbomb is more of a Peach/Coral pinkie side and Herbana is LESS Glittery than Sugarbomb which I like very much!!.. Also Herbana has a flowery smell to it.. I smell it when I'm dipping my Brush into the product but after I have it on I cant smell anything.. which its good cause I'm not into flowery smells.. I'm more into sweet/musky smells..:)</div><div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;"><br />

</div><div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none; clear: both; text-align: left;">As you can see Herbana does lean to the Pink side and on me it looks like it has a hint of a Lilac color.. You tell me!.. :) Where as Sugarbomb is completely on the Orange/Coral color.. I like how Hervana looks more Matt than Satin.. where as Sugarbomb is completly Frosty.. </div><div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none; clear: both; text-align: left;"><br />

Well Helllo there Again!!.. I guess I'm becoming a "Good" Blogger! ;) and posting things when I'm suppose to!..lol.. So I saw one of Emily Noel's video as Most of you know shes a BIG Youtube Guru and she has tons of reviews!.. I just hope they keep up that way!.. :D<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-5MA30TO_914/Tw4D4YniigI/AAAAAAAAAS0/p-qoJwrKDPA/s1600/DSCN0766.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240px" kba="true" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-5MA30TO_914/Tw4D4YniigI/AAAAAAAAAS0/p-qoJwrKDPA/s320/DSCN0766.JPG" width="320px" /></a></div>So I picked up 4 of them and I decided to get a range of colors.. I wore this one the other day and I have to say that it did last on me.. and then I wore it again and I added Nars Exhibit A over it, and it looks sooo Pretty!.. It leans more to the Coral side when I added the Exhibit A.. :) <div class="separator" style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none; clear: both; text-align: center;"></div><div class="separator" style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none; clear: both; text-align: center;"></div><div class="separator" style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none; clear: both; text-align: center;"><br />

Its meee again!!!..:D So I found out that Revlon had come up with New eye shadow Quads and that they claim to last 16 Hours, well I don't know about that cause I have not used them yet!.. but I though I would go ahead and swatch them and give me my thoughts on it (like a first impression kind of thing! Hence the title right!..lol) I know Amaixe has been doing blog posts on them.. and I believe shes review them individually.. Well I picked these up in my local Walgreen's, when I saw them I insanely stooped because the colors are right up my ally! Natural, everyday wear.. I picked up 5 of them and I think that there's 16 different quads!.. At least that's what I saw on Revlon's Website..*wowwzaa right!* </div> <br />

When I first heard of these Products coming out I was very intrigued and saw them in a couple of videos, before they even came to the good ol USA.. and then when I saw one of the BEST blogs ever about anything and everything Drugstore nouveaucheap.blogspot.com did a post I fell in love!!.. They looked even better than I have imagine.. and then roaming thru my Ulta I found a Big display of them *Not a good idea to go to Ulta*hehehe.. I picked two of them up and I fell in LOVE the consistency of these shadows is like something I have Never seen or felt.. :O they are smooth and velvety and then they also have Matt shades*has your mouth drooped* cause mine did..lol.. And Monday I was in my Local Walgreen's picking up a couple of necessities. And I saw a small *and may i say hidden display Not Cool Walgreen's!* ans they had all of the shades and they had buy one get one 50% off *woohoo Score!!.. so I picked up the rest except the Black one because I really don't use black that much!.. <br />

<span style="color: black;">So I though I would do my Best of 2011 Products.. Since I have never done one before.. Hopefully this wont be the last one I do!.. and it's going to be soo much fun seeing if anything changed when I do the one for this year!..;) The way I'll be doing the Post is ill show you the Products that stood out of the rest and the ones that I bought not once but over and over again!.. Ill be putting the product how I do when I do my makeup!.. that way I can remember everything..lol.. So with out further due here are the Best of 2011!!!.. (talk show voice)..hehe..</span><br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-2XJhhcsOmVw/TwtZ2oNe82I/AAAAAAAAAMM/2vDuwAcaeDA/s1600/DSCN0667.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="150px" rea="true" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-2XJhhcsOmVw/TwtZ2oNe82I/AAAAAAAAAMM/2vDuwAcaeDA/s200/DSCN0667.JPG" width="200px" /></a></div><strong><span style="font-size: large;">PRIMERS:</span></strong><br />
Since I have acne prone skin I really love the Clear Prep FX, it helps with my acne and gives me a Matt finish witch I really like. I really don't like the "Glowing" look I have a oily T zone and I tend to stay away from anything that gives me "Glow". <br />
<div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;">For my eyes Ive fallen in love with the Nars Pro-Prime I really like the Nars one but this year I reached more for the Nars since I have a Boy with Very busy little hands and lips! I notice that when he would "kiss" me he would leave with some of my eyeshadow on his lips when I would wear my UDPP, But with my Nars I didn't notice that!.. Hence why I used it too much this year!..</div><div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;">For and all over setting powder I reached more for my MUFE HD powder, like I said I try to stay away from Glowing skin and the HD powder does a great job on leaving my face Matt.. 2 thumps up for MUFE!.. Ive used it for the whole year and I still see it FULL so I say that I got my mine worth on this product!..woohoo!..</div><br />
<strong><span style="font-size: large;">EYES:</span></strong><br />
<br />

The Storm Pallet It's a Joy the colors are sooo smooth and very everyday wear!.. As you can see now I'm a very neutral kind of girl, ill do color here and there, but most of the time its my browns taupe's and light colors.. I love M.A.C Soft Brown for my blending color and when I'm very lazy all do any shimmery color and just blend it with Soft Brown. Blanc Type is ALWAYS my brow color i hardly every do a shimmery color on my brow.. *between me and you I think Blanc Type will be the very 1st color that I will HIT pan!* :O For a Base when I want that certain color to pop I would do the NYX Milk or my Paint Pot in GroundWork.. They both go very smooth and evenly.. But with the NYX a little goes a long way, cause otherwise it WILL crease on you..</div><div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;"><br />
</div><div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;"><strong><span style="font-size: large;">BROWS:</span></strong></div><div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;"><br />

I only wish!..lol.. So they need all the Help they can get and I have to say that Anastasia is the QUEEN on that I love the powder and the pencil they both are great and the<span style="background-color: black;"><span style="background-color: white;"> brow brush</span> </span>on the Pencil is the BEST!!.. Soft and gentle on your brows!.. Ive had the powder for almost a year and I still haven't seen a dent on it.. *Very Impressive* for setting gel and stuff I would use a clear mascara or the Gel that comes with the Anastasia Kit. But I didn't see a difference on the wear..:)</div><br />
FOUNDATION:<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-AsXrARNw-2w/TwthMwS5KCI/AAAAAAAAAMs/tK3wfLRGcdk/s1600/DSCN0668.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="150px" rea="true" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-AsXrARNw-2w/TwthMwS5KCI/AAAAAAAAAMs/tK3wfLRGcdk/s200/DSCN0668.JPG" width="200px" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">I have to give it to MUFE and Laura Mercier they have GREAT foundations/tinted moisturizer!!.. But what I like the most its when I have those *unwanted problems on my face* wink wink!.. This doesn't make them pop like other concealers do especially when they are Dry!..:/ For under my circles I really really like the L'oreal true match it has a peachy undertone and it gives me a * I slept well look* and for that pop of help I like the Powderflage by Benefit.. Nars Blushes are very Pigmented and a Little goes a LONG way no LIE!.. They have a range of colors from an everyday use to BAMM on your Face.. :D<br />

<div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;">I really like the idea of a Multiple, But on my face I think the shimmer its too much!.. So as you guys can see this list is super Long!.. and hey who's going to say no to a inexpensive alternative Mac eyeshadows on the Pan form go for $11.50 and on the Pot form they go for $15.00 where the CoastalScents Hot Pots go for $3.95 and some of them are in Clearance and are $1.99 umm * cough cough* SCORE!!.. The size is the same as of a Mac and they also fit in the Mac pallets.. as of product wise the CS have 1.3g/0.04oz and the Mac has 1.5g/0.05oz ok so you get a little less but there's is a BIG difference in the price!.. Also the CS Hot Pots don't come with a magnetize bottom but I don't see that as a big deal because you can buy a roll of magnet paper anywhere for so little money. By looking at them from site to site some are sooo close to be the exact same to where others are a little off.. But I still think this is a GREAT alternative to all of us who don't want to spend that much money!.. Hope you guys enjoy this post and find it helpful..Lilipad16http://www.blogger.com/profile/02133077451927962204noreply@blogger.com5tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4813806106417422033.post-61227783687239382812011-08-31T17:57:00.000-07:002011-08-31T17:57:57.535-07:00TOP 10!.. I've had them for a while now but i was testing them out before i actually did a post!.. <br />

</div><div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;">Blush brush: I love this brush not only for blush but I also use it for a all over powder.. you can also contour with it but I think its kind of soft to work well for that.. its super super soft!.. and for all my animal lovers this brush is vegan.. according to Urban decay the blush brush hair is made from recycled pet plastic bottles and the handle is recycled aluminium so not only is cruelty free but its also earth friendly.. So you get the best of both worlds.. i find myself passing and craving it playing around with it on my face!..lol.. I bougth mine in Ulta and it was $32 </div><table cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="float: left; margin-right: 1em; text-align: left;"><tbody>

I reach for this one more than my Mac 224.. Urban Decay did a great Job with this brush!.. and well again its Animal friendly and earth friendly!.. In my opinion this brush is great for those who have small eyes because the brush is not big.. I use mine to do my outer V.. it works Perfect for that.. because of the shape that this brush has!.. its small and really dense.. so you have a lot of control to deposit the color on your outer V.. and again I bought mine in Ulta and it was $16.. </div><div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;"> <span style="background-color: white; color: blue;">Mac Studio Sculpt</span>: I love this one for my scares.. its very creamy and i like to use it with my fingers just because it warms up the product.. since its creamy you have to set it with a powder.. so this one is <span style="color: lime;">$16.50</span> the price is not bad for all the product you get.. but there are so many similar products in the drugstores!..</div> <div class="separator" style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none; clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://lh4.googleusercontent.com/-FyJYcmVsd18/TXsGIXub0EI/AAAAAAAAACE/80c2Px2sVeE/s1600/Camara+063.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="clear: left; cssfloat: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="150" q6="true" src="https://lh4.googleusercontent.com/-FyJYcmVsd18/TXsGIXub0EI/AAAAAAAAACE/80c2Px2sVeE/s200/Camara+063.JPG" width="200" /></a><a href="https://lh5.googleusercontent.com/-yZCgCep7Bxg/TXsGNfNsE_I/AAAAAAAAACI/Y5mWIg-ZMCE/s1600/Camara+062.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="150" q6="true" src="https://lh5.googleusercontent.com/-yZCgCep7Bxg/TXsGNfNsE_I/AAAAAAAAACI/Y5mWIg-ZMCE/s200/Camara+062.JPG" width="200" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none; clear: both; text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none; clear: both; text-align: center;"> <span style="color: blue;"> Kat Von D:</span> This one is not all is crack up to be for me is very creamy and not as full cover as it says to be.. don't get me wrong it covers but i wouldn't say it covers a tattoo!.. so the price in Sephoras web site is<span style="color: lime;"> $25</span> for that price i have to see NO scares what so ever.. but that's not the case for me!.. Love the consistency but not the COVERAGE!..</div><div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none; text-align: left;"></div> <div class="separator" style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none; clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://lh5.googleusercontent.com/-DbMflLX9WCc/TXsI5ulD0iI/AAAAAAAAACM/5F1YMtrcp0M/s1600/Camara+072.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="150" q6="true" src="https://lh5.googleusercontent.com/-DbMflLX9WCc/TXsI5ulD0iI/AAAAAAAAACM/5F1YMtrcp0M/s200/Camara+072.JPG" width="200" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none; clear: both; text-align: center;"><br />

This product is only<span style="color: lime;"> $7.95..</span></div><div class="separator" style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none; clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://lh6.googleusercontent.com/-U-S9sva6Icg/TXsKg7aDbkI/AAAAAAAAACQ/zN8NlXJ-PHc/s1600/Camara+067.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="150" q6="true" src="https://lh6.googleusercontent.com/-U-S9sva6Icg/TXsKg7aDbkI/AAAAAAAAACQ/zN8NlXJ-PHc/s200/Camara+067.JPG" width="200" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none; clear: both; text-align: center;"><br />

COOL RIGHT!.. its great for your under eyes and minimal scaring.. if you have HUGE scars i would have to say it doesn't work.. well not on me.. i have a HUGE scar in my right cheek and it doesn't cover it very well.. This one is only<span style="color: lime;"> $7.95.. </span><span style="color: black;">when I bought it!.. unfortunately is been discontinue.. </span></div><div class="separator" style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none; clear: both; text-align: center;"><br />

</div><div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none; clear: both; text-align: center;"><span style="color: blue;">Victoria Secret Pro camouflage FX concealer palette</span>: This one has 5 colors and the concept is to conceal your redness and all the other color issues you are having.. i like to mix the 2nd and the 3rd color to get my right color to conceal my scars.. and the green one i LOVE it does cover the redness of my scars and little visitors i have.. if you get my drift!..;) and there's a orange/brown looking color that its great for your under eyes!.. cause it cancels all the blue or purple that you might have.. the price on this baby is <span style="color: lime;"> $14.00</span> dollars for all those colors..</div><div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none; clear: both; text-align: center;"><br />

</div><div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none; clear: both; text-align: center;"> <span style="color: blue;">Hard >3 Candy Nobody's Perfect Concealer Palette</span>: This palette comes with 6 different colors for you to conceal all the little problems that you might have.. like redness and your blue under your eyes!.. i like the concept but the consistency is NOT great some get very dry.. where others tend to get like little drops of water that turn the product watery!.. it comes with a brush that well to my point of view is useless.. cause i think that its always better to put your concealers with your fingers.. because of the warmth of your fingers will blend the product much better.. I hope you can tell the water on the 1st one from your Left hand side.. and the price is only<span style="color: lime;"> $8.00..</span></div><div class="separator" style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none; clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://lh6.googleusercontent.com/-T_KqydFA7IM/TXsRrZuV5NI/AAAAAAAAACc/Wu7k-hwYSjM/s1600/Camara+069.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="clear: right; cssfloat: right; float: right; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-left: 1em;"><img border="0" height="150" q6="true" src="https://lh6.googleusercontent.com/-T_KqydFA7IM/TXsRrZuV5NI/AAAAAAAAACc/Wu7k-hwYSjM/s200/Camara+069.JPG" width="200" /></a></div><div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none; clear: both; text-align: center;">So if I would have to pick of all this..
